ORGANIZATION SET –UP
LUFAID Membership is open to all regardless of race ,creed ,ethnicity and origin .
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
The function of the general membership are to over see the governance and performance of the organisation
EXECUTIVE BOARD
Assumes he policymaking functions of the organisation and comprises of the Chairperson , vice chair , executive secretary , vice secretary , treasurer and five committee members on education , youth , Women, health and IGAs.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
This committee is to assist he organisation with technical issues it comprises of a
representative from Ministry of Youth , Community Development, Department of Social
Welfare And District HIV/AIDS task force .
SECRETARIATE
The secretariat is to facilitate the implementation of the organisation's program and activities this is headed by the executive secretary who is also the general manager of the organisation.
